About me
My name is Kelsey. I am a daughter, a spouse, a sister, an aunt, a friend, but my most important role is being a follower of Christ. For years I have prayed for God to lead me to my purpose in this world. Although I prayed and prayed I still felt as if I had no direction but I always knew I wanted to help people I just didn’t know how that would look. My prayers were being answered all this time but I was not truly listening or being open to the signs God was showing me. Throughout the years I have had struggles. Nothing major but enough to bring you down to your knees some days. Such as anxiety, digestions issues, hormonal imbalances, food allergies, acne, fatigue, stress. I always would wonder why me? Why does it seem like life is so easy for everyone else and here I am just struggling to figure out what I can eat that won’t trigger an acne flare up or an anxiety attack or acid reflux. This is not meant to be a sob story in anyway because I know I have a beautiful life but dealing with all of this from a young age naturally makes you feel a little down. This has all led me to my WHY. God truly has been not just speaking but screaming to my heart lately that my purpose is to help people and these struggles have been preparing me to be a guide to those around me. I believe that my pain has had purpose. That purpose is to teach others about small health changes they can make that will impact their life greatly. We live in a society where everything just feels like information overload, especially in the health world. I want to be someone that can simplify and guide others on small things such as ingredients to avoid! Follow along on this journey with me!
